What is the best
setting to use for file size on your camera?
It is always best to set your camera to the
highest setting your camera offers. The best way to see
which setting is the highest is to change the setting on
your camera and look at how many photos you can take on your
memory card. Use the setting that allows you to take the
LEAST number of photos on the card.
You never know
what future use you will have for the photos you are taking.
It is always better to have a larger file that will
give you a better photo.
How many pixels should
you look for when buying a new camera?
It all depends on what
you are going to do with the photos you are going to be
taking. More pixels is a great thing. It will give you
clearer photos. If you plan on printing allot of your photos
as poster prints, then you will want 10 or more pixels.
Just as important than
the number of pixels on your camera is the settings on
your camera. Make sure you set your camera to the largest
file size.
If you photos are not
sharp, the rest does not matter.
No matter what the TV
shows try to make everything look, there is no method to fix
out of focus images or images that are pixilated. You need
to make sure that your camera sensors are clean, your camera
lens does not have any smudges on it .
Tripods are a great
tool to help you stay steady when taking photos. There are
the standard tripods with 3 legs. These tend to be bulky.
There are also mono-pods that look like a walking stick.
These are handy if you need just a little assistance.
